Our intimate dining room and garden patio make compose a great venue for private events. We can host up to 25 people seated inside and about the same outside.
About
Bangkok (BKK) is perhaps the greatest eating city in the world, where you could spend months wandering the streets, consuming every single thing that captures your attention, three meals a day with snacks in between, & never try the same thing twice. We decided to open BKK Cookshop to highlight some of our favorite bites from the streets of Bangkok, dishes that are uncommon in most American Thai restaurants.
Our physical space is the original location of another restaurant we own, Beau Thai Shaw, which operated here from 2010 until 2015 (Beau Thai outgrew our little kitchen). We loved this quiet, quaint corner spot on New Jersey Avenue, and when we moved Beau Thai, we decided we had to reimagine it but keep it in the family. Like at Beau Thai, we value making things from scratch, supporting our community, and serving delicious Thai food alongside great drinks.
